2007-11-27 Following the successful launch of BannerStores in Indonesia, Myanmar, Malaysia, Taiwan etc, BannerStore of TIENS Group has made another stride towards the market of Pakistan.

Led by managers of the Pakistani branch company, and with great attention from Bai Feng, President of BannerStore in Asian-Pacific Geo and Director General of the Supermarket Department, as well as the mutual efforts of managers of BannerStore international oversea promotion department and all employees in Pakistan, the BannerStore (Rawalpindi) in Pakistan has appeared officially before distributors and consumers on October 30, 2007, after four months’ preparation.

Twenty-six km southwest of the Islamabad, capital of Pakistan, Rawalpindi is a satellite city to Islamabad. Its superior geographic location, floating consumer groups, and abundant local cultures are best advantages for guiding local consuming trends and consuming practices. On July 13, the second Banner Store in Pakistan, the Lahore store successfully opened for its trial run under the joint effort of the leadership of the Pakistani branch, the National Project Manager of Banner International and the staff members of the Banner Company in Pakistan.
On the opening day, staff members could not suppress the joyous smiles on their faces when they saw the milling crowds of customers to the store. Merchants were greatly encouraged again when they witnessed the bright potential for development. Many consumers unanimously accepted that the Banner Store offered the best shopping environment in an area of a few kilometres’ radius. They constantly sent messages from their mobile phones to friends and relatives, to tell them of the news that the Banner Store opened, and invite them to come for a visit or a shopping trip. Dozens of merchants came driving for hu
ndreds of kilometres to watch the opening of the store.
Even though the trial opening of the Lahore store was not advertised due to local political reasons, it still welcomed thousands of customers in the four days since its opening day. Many major local superstores sent their senior management staff over to visit and do research.

With combined efforts from Liu Tian’ao, General Manger of the Russian Region, and Zhang Song, Director General of the Marketing Department in the Russian Region, and Managers of the International Overseas Promotion Department, the official launch of BannerStore (Moscow), anticipated by all TIENS staff, arrived at last in the snowy Moscow on December 20
The opening ceremony started at 13:30, in the exciting melody of flying together. Crowds of people gathered outside the store when Kurkova·Н·Б, government leader of орехово district, delivered a congratulatory speech, after which, Liu Tian’ao, General Manger of the Russian Sub-region, delivered a speech, expressing good wishes to the BannerStore and warmly greeting the dealers and consumers present at the ceremony. And then меджидов·С·С, the head of the Store, gave a letter of thanks, and went further to say that the Store would repay dealers and consumers with the best services and commodities.
